Integrity Electronics is a strong supporter of the Color Computer platform. Although the Tandy's Color Computers were originally based on 1980s technology, it retains a small but loyal group of enthusiasts who want to continue to keep the "CoCo" alive by further developing the platform. And here's one reason why. It has BIG advantage - it is easily programmable down to it's very core. Any user can obtain the necessary system documents and write whatever program they want in machine code, easily, understandably, and with no obstructions preventing it, unlike PCs. And we would like to keep it that way. That is where we got our start. Although other companies have risen up, and fallen away, Integrity Electronics is in the Color Computer business to stay.
We are currently working on the development of a hardware product, called the Compact Parallel Port, which is going be released within the next few months. The electronic design stage of this project is completed, and we are working to resolve issues to do with the enclosure. When it finished, it will be finally released, and it will arrive here on this website, made available for purchase.
